At Modern Eyes we take pride in providing superior eye care. During your comprehensive eye exam, Dr. Samels and Dr. Keller will assess your eye health, determine glasses and contact prescriptions, and answer any questions you may have regarding your eyes and vision.
It is so important for kids to have regular eye screenings with an optometrist. The earlier a vision problem is found and treated, the better off your child will be in and out of school.
Our doctors will first determine your overall eye health and vision. This includes a discussion of your health history and then a series of standard eye tests.
When it’s time to select a new pair of eyeglasses, it can be challenging to find the frame that feels the best for you.
MEET THE TEAM
Dr. Samels
Dr. Samels was born and raised in Shawano and is a 1988 graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Afterwards, Dr. Samels attended a four year Optometry Program at the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, Illinois. He has been practicing optometry since 1993 in Green Bay.
Dr. Keller
Dr. Craig Keller joined Modern Eyes in May of 2019. He was raised in Green Bay and graduated from Ashwaubenon High School. After graduating from UW-Eau Claire, Dr. Keller went on to earn his Doctorate of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, IL. Prior to joining Modern Eyes, Dr. Keller practiced at Shopko in the Green Bay area for 8 years.
Dr. Jolly
Dr. Jolly will be joining Modern Eyes September of 2023. She was born and raised in Denmark, WI and graduated undergrad from Valparaiso University. Afterwards she completed her doctorate from Illinois College of Optometry. Prior to joining Modern Eyes, Dr. Jolly practiced at Tower Clock Eye Center and Howard Vision Clinic.
