    Dr. Jeff Smrkovski began his career in a practice in keene, NH with two other optometrists. He is a 2007 graduate of Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

      At Modern Eyes we take pride in providing superior eye care. During your comprehensive eye exam, Dr. Samels and Dr. Keller will assess your eye health, determine glasses and contact prescriptions, and answer any questions you may have regarding your eyes and vision.

      MEET THE TEAM

      Dr. Samels
      Dr. Samels
      Dr. Samels was born and raised in Shawano and is a 1988 graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Afterwards, Dr. Samels attended a four year Optometry Program at the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, Illinois. He has been practicing optometry since 1993 in Green Bay.
      Dr. Keller
      Dr. Keller
      Dr. Craig Keller joined Modern Eyes in May of 2019. He was raised in Green Bay and graduated from Ashwaubenon High School. After graduating from UW-Eau Claire, Dr. Keller went on to earn his Doctorate of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, IL. Prior to joining Modern Eyes, Dr. Keller practiced at Shopko in the Green Bay area for 8 years.

      Dr. Jolly
      Dr. Jolly will be joining Modern Eyes September of 2023. She was born and raised in Denmark, WI and graduated undergrad from Valparaiso University. Afterwards she completed her doctorate from Illinois College of Optometry. Prior to joining Modern Eyes, Dr. Jolly practiced at Tower Clock Eye Center and Howard Vision Clinic.

      Dr. Katie Kyles
      Dr. Katie Kyles was raised in Green Bay and graduated from Notre Dame de la Baie Academy. She attended St. Norbert College and earned her Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Missouri-St. Louis College of Optometry.
